Guidelines for Regular Papers

Papers should present original research and industrial results not published or submitted for publication in other forums. Electronic submission in PDF format is expected via EasyChair platform for  VLSI-SoC 2023. Manuscripts should not exceed 6 pages (single-spaced, 2 columns, 10pt font). Submissions should follow the IEEE proceedings specifications. The proceedings will be published by IEEE and will be made available through IEEE Xplore. A selection of the conference's best papers will be invited to submit an extended version to be included as chapters of a book to be published by Springer.


Please note that it is expected that at least one author of an accepted paper will register and attend the conference in person. If authors fail to register and attend the conference, this will result in the exclusion of their publications from submission to IEEE Xplore.

IEEE Compliant Full Paper Submission: May 26, 2023

Special Session Proposal: May 26, 2023

Notification of Acceptance: July 18, 2023   August 4, 2023

Camera ready: August 8, 2023 August 21, 2023

Before Creating a PDF add the copyright notice to the bottom of the first page of your source document. Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision. The camera-ready submission must have the IEEE copyright notice in the bottom left corner of the first page of your manuscript according to the following rules:

Guidelines for the Poster Sessions

Poster size is A0 (approximately 90 cm (width) by 120 cm (height) with vertical orientation

 

The following are some poster guidelines:

1.     The poster should cover the key points of the work. The ideal poster is designed to provide a brief overview of your work, attract attention, and initiate discussion and questions.

2.     The title of your poster should appear at the top in CAPITAL letters about 25mm (1") high.

3.     The conference logo should be displayed on the poster.

4.     The author(s) name(s) and affiliation(s) are put below the title.

5.     The smallest text on your poster should be at least 9mm high (25 pt font size) at least."
