Where is this event being held?

This event is being held entirely online, and is not sponsored by any single Kingdom. Classes will be held on Zoom, and there will be social/networking space available on Discord as well. Zoom and Discord links will be sent out to registered attendees shortly prior to the event.

When will the class schedule be available?

Do I need to sign up ahead of time? What if I'm an instructor?

Yes, pre-registration for this event is required, as that's how we'll be sending out the Zoom and Discord links shortly prior to the event. If you've submitted a class proposal, you are already registered and do not need to register again. If you have questions about whether you're registered, please contact us at vkwhss2024@gmail.com

What time is the event running?

The event will be running from Friday January 26 at 11pm UTC through Sunday January 28 at 6pm UTC. Social rooms will be open before the first scheduled classes and will remain open as long each day as we've got moderators available to staff them.

Will classes be recorded?

Some classes will be, at the discretion of the instructor. Those will be noted on the schedule, and after the event, the recordings will be made available (timeline TBD).

Do I need to wear garb to attend?

Nope! Garb is optional, clothing is required.
