An electromagnetic field that surrounded every matter on this planet is called as an "AURA". The most ancient yogic system given by Patanjali, mentioned about the gross body and subtle body in his sutras famous as Patanjali Sutras. He describes in his sutras regarding the human body which consist of subtle bodies made up of 72,000 Nadis or chakras. Nadis are the channels for the energy flow in the body and the “chakras” are like wheel which can spin in clockwise and anti clockwise direction and it is a point where major nadis meet. There are major 7 chakras namely Mooladhara (Basic chakra), Swadishtana (Naval chakra) , Manipura (Solar Plexus chakra), Anahatha (Heart chakra), Vishuddha (Throat chakra) , Ajna (Forhead chakra) and Sahsrara(Crown chakra) and many more micros and mini chakras. These chakras are the energy centres that control and regulate the flow of energy to the different parts of the human body . For example Swadishtana is meant to control digestive system and also some genital organs, Vishuddha controls entire throat area and so on.
