These Terms & Conditions apply to the products and services offered by VitalityWithKevin, including therapy, coaching, courses, programs, digital content and other educational materials.
By purchasing, booking or accessing a paid product or service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

VitalityWithKevin provides therapy, coaching, courses and educational content aimed at helping people explore and better understand their physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and energetic experiences.
Different services may use different methods, exercises, perspectives and techniques.
Every person and situation is different. Information and methods are therefore provided as tools for exploration and should be applied with your own circumstances in mind.
Participation in courses, coaching, therapy, exercises or other services is voluntary.
You are encouraged to use your own judgement and common sense when applying information, exercises or techniques.
If something does not feel appropriate for you, stop or adjust what you are doing and seek appropriate professional guidance where necessary.
Individual experiences and results vary. No specific physical, mental, emotional or personal outcome can be guaranteed.
Examples, experiences or testimonials from other people do not guarantee that you will experience the same result.
Where access to courses or digital materials is provided, that access is intended for the person who purchased or received access to the material.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, you may not:
Share paid access or login credentials with others;
Copy or reproduce substantial parts of the material;
Distribute, publish or resell the material;
Use the material commercially without prior written permission.
You may, of course, use what you learn for your own personal development and exploration.
Appointments for therapy or coaching are arranged directly with VitalityWithKevin.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or missed appointments, may be charged in full unless otherwise agreed.
If VitalityWithKevin needs to cancel an appointment, another suitable time will be offered.
Prices will be communicated before a purchase or booking is completed.
Unless stated otherwise, consumer prices include applicable VAT.
Where a payment plan has been explicitly agreed, the agreed payment schedule remains applicable according to the terms communicated at the time of purchase.
Failure to make an agreed payment may result in suspension of access to paid services or materials, subject to applicable Dutch law.
Consumers purchasing products or services remotely may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Dutch and European consumer law.
Different rules and exceptions may apply depending on whether the purchase concerns a service or digital content.
Where immediate access to digital content is requested and this affects the statutory right of withdrawal, the required information and consent will be provided during the purchasing process.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to restrict statutory consumer rights.
Unless stated otherwise, the original texts, videos, course materials, exercises, graphics and other original content created by VitalityWithKevin remain the intellectual property of Kevin Mulder Ventures.
Purchasing or receiving access to material does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.
Personal use is permitted within the scope for which the material was provided.
Commercial reproduction, publication, distribution or resale requires prior written permission.
VitalityWithKevin takes reasonable care in providing its services, information and materials.
You remain responsible for how you use information, exercises and techniques and for taking your own circumstances into consideration.
VitalityWithKevin is not responsible for outcomes resulting from use contrary to instructions, inappropriate use, or circumstances that could not reasonably have been foreseen or prevented.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law.
VitalityWithKevin is not responsible for delays or inability to provide a service where this results from circumstances reasonably beyond its control, such as serious illness, outages, technical failures or government restrictions.
Where possible, an appropriate alternative or new appointment will be offered.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated when services, legislation or business practices change.
The version applicable to a purchase or agreement will be determined in accordance with applicable law. Changes will not be used to remove statutory consumer rights.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
Disputes will be handled by the competent court under the applicable rules of Dutch law.
