We are a group of researchers based at the Universities of Aberdeen, Essex and Leicester in the UK.
We all work together on a range of problems about visual search. Some examples of the questions we are interested in: how do humans explore the environment around them for particular items of interest? How might different people use different strategies when searching? Are people efficient searchers, and how might this vary by task?
We use a range of methods, including experiments and computational modelling, and work both on theoretical and applied problems.
