• Visionly: Provides AI-powered image analysis services, allowing users to analyze and interpret visual content.
• Voizy: Provides AI-powered audio services, allowing users to create, analyze, and interact with voice-based content.
• Q.AI: Provides an AI-powered chat assistant powered by Qwen models.
• RawAI: Provides an unfiltered AI-powered chat assistant powered by unfiltered models.
• Pictre AI: Provides AI-powered Image generation powered by Z-Image and Nano Banana (Pro)
• R.ai: Provides AI-powered Image and Video generation powered by Runway AI

3. User Registration
To access certain features of our apps, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. In-App Purchases
a. Subscription Plans
Our apps offer in-app subscription plans with various features and benefits. By subscribing through the app store (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store), you agree to pay the applicable fees and abide by the terms specified for that plan.
b. Billing and Payments
When subscribing to either our apps, you authorize the respective app store provider to charge the specified subscription fees to your associated account. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are subject to the terms and conditions of the app store.
c. Automatic Renewal
Unless canceled through the app store before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew, and you will be charged the applicable fees for the next billing period.
d. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app store. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
a. Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
b. Infringe upon the rights of others;
c. Use Visionly or Voizy for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
d. Attempt to access, interfere with, or disrupt either app’s servers or networks;
e. Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
6. Intellectual Property
Our apps and their respective content, features, and functionality are owned by Us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on either app without express written consent.
7. User Content
By using our apps, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable license to use, display, and analyze any content you submit through the apps for the sole purpose of providing our services.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose information about you.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our apps at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
