Terms & Condition of Program & Policies for Generic BSc.N, Post RN Degree Program

Academic Policies and Procedures

1. The presences of all the selected candidates are compulsory for orientation instructed Date & Time.

2. Every student will be provided and card with a photo attested by the principal.

3. Penalty of Rs. 500/- will be imposed in case lost/stolen of Card.

4. Class schedules will be displayed on the notice board.

5. The college will remain open from Monday to Saturday between 08:00 to __________.

6. Attendance for the classes will be strictly monitored.

7. Absence in theoretical, clinical classes, missing of notes, assignments and test will lead to violation of college policies and strict disciplinary action will be taken against student.

8. Each and every student will be present in the class room 15 minutes prior to stat of lecture.

9. No one will be to enter the class room once class gets started.

Attendance Policy

1. According to rules students are expected to maintain 85% overall attendance in the classes and have to pass the entire internal test including send ups by scoring 60% Marks.

2. Attendance in the theory classes 100%. In case of emergency/sickness student may miss up to 15%.

3. Attendance in clinical 100%. Make up require in case of absence due to sickness student may miss up to 4 days.

Terms and Conditions of Programs

The students enrolled at the college shall be bounded to abide by the rules and regulations as laid down in the prospectus and such changes issued by regulatory authorities.

1. Prospectus and admission form will be issued by college after submitting prospectus fee.

2. Application for admission will be invited by student affairs department.

3. Incomplete and late application (received after due date) will be not accepted/entertained).

4. The selection committee will prepare the merit list of candidates.

5. The chair of committee shall be competent to rectify the errors or omission found in the merit/selection list at the time of selection of candidates.

6. The list of selected and waiting candidates will be displayed on notice board of college.

7. The selected candidates are required to confirm their intention to join the course with in one week after selection. If unable to join, the must inform the principal, in written within 15 days from the date of selection otherwise the nomination of such candidate will be cancelled.

8. If the student quit the program without successful completion at any stage, her application will not be entertained next time.

9. Only security fee will be refundable if student quit program. He/ She will not clam any other fesses.

10. No T.A/D.A will be admissible for test and Interview.

Clinical Practicum

1. Students are expected to maintain 100% attendance during clinical allocation.

2. Students will require making up of any absence in clinical areas.

3. A student who is unable to attend the clinical due to sickness, he/she must be seen by a physician their respective/designated institutions and submit medical certificate with application.

4. Pre and post clinical conferences are part of clinical experience and shot be attended regularly. For clinical experiences, services are utilized of various institutions/hospitals within and outside campus.

5. All field visits are mandatory as mentioned in curriculum.
