Aug 2024: Himanshu wins the Prof V T Ranganathan Travel Award. It is awarded yearly to a PhD student in the Division of EECS for presenting a research paper at a reputed International Conference in power systems, power electronics, or high voltage engineering.
Feb 2024: Neha wins the best presentation award at the IEEE Applied Power Electronics Conference and Exposition (APEC) for her work "A Multilevel Converter Testbench for High-Frequency Power Magnetics Characterization."
Feb 2024: Our IISc-PEG Team (Student members - Neha Rajput, Himanshu Bhusan Sandhibigraha, Industry mentor - Neeraj Agrawal, Faculty mentor - Vishnu Mahadeva Iyer) wins an honorable mention award and a cash prize in the IEEE PELS-Google-Enphase-Princeton MagNet Challenge 2023. A total of 40 teams from 18 countries participated in the challenge.
