Marjorie Visagie  - Attorney 

Marjorie is an accomplished attorney at Visagie Attorneys, specializing in family law and civil litigation. Known for her client-centric approach and results-driven mindset, she prioritizes amicable resolutions but will vigorously defend her clients' rights when necessary. Marjorie earned her LLB degree from the University of South Africa in 2012 and advanced her legal education at the University of Pretoria. She was admitted as an attorney in the High Court of South Africa in 2013.

With over a decade of distinguished legal experience, Marjorie brings a wealth of expertise to her practice. Before embarking on her legal career, she dedicated more than ten years to the South African Police Services and accrued seven years of valuable experience in corporate HR with leading companies such as Anglo Platinum and Anglo American.

Marjorie is an active member of the Law Society of the North West Province. Her professional dedication is paralleled by her commitment to community service. She volunteers her time to organize events for Christian senior citizens in Rustenburg, reflecting her passion for making a positive impact beyond her professional duties.

In her personal life, Marjorie enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, underscoring her belief in the importance of strong personal connections and community involvement.

Kim Lentswe - Candidate Attorney 

  Kim Lentswe is a dedicated Candidate Attorney at Visagie Attorneys, renowned for her passion for the legal profession and her keen interest in litigation. She holds an LLB degree from the University of the Free State, building on a strong academic foundation established at Grenville High School, where she matriculated in 2015.

Kim's exceptional advocacy skills were highlighted when she won the National School’s Moot Court Competition, earning a full bursary from Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr, one of the top five law firms in the country. During her time at the University of the Free State, Kim was selected as a cohort member and dialogue facilitator at the Global Leadership Summit. There, she engaged in meaningful discussions on social justice issues, reinforcing her commitment to advocating for positive change.

In December 2023, Kim completed her Practical Legal Training at the Law Society of South Africa’s Legal Education and Development (LEAD) in Pretoria. With a meticulous eye for detail and a relentless drive to advocate for justice, she is poised to make a significant impact within the legal community.
