The IP numbers were detected on the VirusMan website one year before the 2001 September 11 attacks in America. Some of the IP addresses are not included but at the time suggested internet traffic from Saudi Arabia and Kabul, Afghanistan. This was in a time period when the VirusMan website was being beta tested and not in any SEO optimization program. In fact very few people knew of the existence of the beta website. All the details of actions taken to contact law enforcement agencies was reported in the Danish Newspaper BT on 28 December 2001. The publication of the story became a defining moment and test of credibility for law enforcement in the US, Denmark and the UK. The person who alerted the police and all the law enforcement agencies, on their own initiative outside of work, was never contacted. In fact there was never any "FOLLOW-UP" by anyone in a position of responsibility and who had a job description to explain the mystery. The lack of them doing their basic job added to further suspicions and created an international climate of distrust.
People from all walks of life still wonder about the origins of the mysterious IP numbers.

Published 28 December 2001. The area within the red circle explains all the actions taken after the 9/11 attacks in America. As of 25 March 2025 there has still been no contact from US Law enforcement. However, it is widely understood were in London and both Khalid Sheikh Mohammad and Dr. Jack Miller, Cambridge then became persons of interest. Mohammad is now in Guantanamo Bay prison and Dr. Jack Miller (Sciences) is dead. The public has never been informed of the crimes nor network linked to Dr. Miller even though a photograph was released by Judge Scott-Baker during the Diana and Dodi inquest of him standing next to the crashed black Mercedes in Paris 1997.
