Final Conclusion & Reflection:
What is the importance of the protected areas?
The importance of this areas is to mantain the biodiverity that the area has. Also, they can be used to atract turist, but the main point is that protecting the fauna in those parts is the key of survival for many species.
How can we keep them safe?
We can colaborate to keep them in their actual state by; preventing unauthorized deforestation, poaching, and pollution, as this may affect the living animals, by exposing them to risk of extintion. And pollution counts as damaging the plants by interrumpting the "natural cycle".
My Opinion
I do believe that areas declared as protected shall be brought to public concern. What do I mean by that? Well I mean that people should know the boundaires that are stablished by the government to prevent further damage to the area. Now when people become aware that those areas have their boundaries, the more effective the protection of them that will be.
Then I claim that governments should give a bit more funding to this areas. If they hall prevail a long time, at least the treatment they recieve should be better. Yes I do know they are natural areas, but the protection they get, and if they are a turist atraction, at leat a tour guide. Finally other way to help protect this areas is to tell their history. When people realize how important they are, things beguin to change.
