How do you add a transparent image to a form/report. Transparent images look much nicer on Forms & Reports (and indeed on Web pages) as they blend into the background rather than contained in a big background square.
First you will need to create a transparent image.
GIMP is a tool that allows you to edit images/photos and allows you to create a transparent background, however, it is not an image creation program so doesn’t allow adding objects like arrows and boxes.
My preferred tool is Paint.net ( https://www.getpaint.net/ ), but it only works on the Windows platform. It is available on the Windows App store as well. Like any software - particularly if it is free, read the prompts as many will add unwanted software to your system.
Once you have created the transparent image you can add it to your form as follows:
In the Design view Right Click on the image, > Properties > Format > Size Mode = Stretch.
