Section 1. Short title and Table of Contents
(a) Short title.— This Act may be cited as the “The Bill to Fund Candidates in U.S. National Election.”

Section 3. Goal of the Act
I. Those who are running for positions in The House of Representatives will be given $500,000 toward their campaign.
II. Those running for positions in the Senate will be given $1,000,000 toward their campaign.
III. Those running for the position of President will be given $2,000,000 toward their primary campaign and $3,000,000 towards the main election.
I. The nonpartisan committee will be made of 3 Democrats, Republicans, and Independents that will be voted on by 2/3s majority vote.

I. Punishment for not adhering to Section 3E will be disqualification from running for any national positions.
II. Punishment for not adhering to Section 3F will be both disqualification from running for any national positions and a fine for the amount that was to be returned.
III. Punishment for being found guilty of defraudment of the Department of the Treasury will be both disqualified from running for any national positions and a fine for 2x the amount of money that was given to them by The Department of the Treasury.
IIII. If it is shown through a congressional inquiry that a member of the nonpartisan committee has shown bias in their decisions will be removed from the position within the committee.
Section 6. Enactment Date
This Bill will go into effect in the National Elections after the next election. In Virtual Congress the bill will be in effect for the February Presidential Election, and in the United States the bill will be in effect for the 2022 Midterm Elections.
All legislation in conflict with this bill will be declared null and void.

SAFEGUARD ALL FEDERAL ELECTIONS ACT REVISED
(SAFElections Act)
Be it enacted by the House of Representative;
A bill to ensure the integrity of all federal elections by requiring government issued ID to vote in federal elections
1: All citizens eligible to vote must present one of the following identification when voting at their polling place;
a: State driver's license
b: United States passport
c: United States Military Identification Card
d: State handgun license
e: State personal identification card
f: State issued ID card
g: Veterans Affairs issued ID card
h: Concealed Carry permit
2: If a person does not possess one of these aforementioned ID cards (Section 1), a new federal voter ID card will be accepted by any polling place in all states.
3: A United States federal voter ID card can be acquired by eligible voters at no charge.
a: These ID cards will be made available in all states and can be acquired at the Department of
Motor Vehicles
b: Requirements to acquire the United States federal voter ID card will be as follows:
i: Is a United States citizen
ii: Is eligible to vote or will be 18 and eligible by the next election
c: This card will expire 12 years to the day from when it is issued.
d: In the case of an individual misplacing their card, an individual will be eligible to receive a free replacement card within the expiration date of the issuing of the card.
i: Free replacement cards will be offered without charge twice within the period of its
validity and with no less than 3 months between replacements.
ii: If the United States federal voter ID card is stolen from an individual, a replacement will not count towards their free replacements.
iii: Lost cards will be invalidated electronically using a code system in a federal
database.
e: Overseeing implementation and maintenance of both production and distribution of these ID cards will be the responsibility of the Department of State.
f: The Secret Service shall oversee implementation of security features into the voter ID and are herin granted the authority to pursue counterfeiting of voter ID pursuant to all relevant Federal law
4: Absentee voting will take place on state property, wherein the location is chosen by the election board of the state in question.
a: Before submission of the absentee ballot, the voter is requested to provide their ID in accordance with the valid identifications laid out in section 1 of this bill.
5: A federal website, created by the Department of State will allow these individuals to scan an ID card via the internet and be sent a mail-in ballot:
a: Individuals 65 years of age or older
b: Disabled individuals
c: Individuals not present in their county during the period of absentee voting
d: Individuals confined in jail but are otherwise eligible
6: The government of the United States will issue a debt of $750.000.000 to pay for this program.
a: The approximate cost of production of ID cards is $13.00 per card and will be the cost of
replacements beyond the first three free cards.
b: Municipalities with voters residing more than 30 miles from a DMV are required to offer rides once every two years to a local DMV.
c: $250.000.000 of the issued debt will be provided to the Secret Service
i: These funds will go towards ensuring the safety of the United States federal voter ID
card and to preventing counterfeiting.
d: $250.000.000 of the issued debt will be provided to the Department of State
i: These funds will go towards creating a secure website for mail-in voting
