Article 1: Congress Section 1: All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which will have one body. Everyone except the president and the Supreme Court in the "VG Roll Call Group" can vote on legislation, nominations, or constitutional amendments. Section 2: For a bill to pass, it must receive simple majority support. Section 3: If a bill ends in a tie, the Vice President will choose if the bill passes or fails. Section 4: Congress has the power to create Departments within the Executive Branch which the president would then nominate the head of such department. Nominees for these departments must receive simple majority of Congress approval or if tied, Vice President will choose whether the nominee is accepted or not.
Article 2: Elections
Section 1: President will be elected on the 10th of every month. The President must choose a Vice Presidential candidate 3 days before election day. The Republican Party and Democratic Party must hold a convention on the 5th of every month to choose a nominee to represent their party. The two nominees of each party will be the only candidates on the ballot on election day.(edited)
Section 2: All members of this server must register to vote by the 7th of every month. After election day, members will need to register again to prevent inactive members from being on the voter list.(edited)
Section 3: Administrators are in charge of the election and can choose how to run the election unless Congress enacts legislation regulating election procedures or the handlers of election. This type of legislation must be passed by 3/5 majority of Congress and signed by the President to become law. Any election changes for election procedures will not take effect until the first of next month.(edited)
Section 4: Elections for president will be held for 24 hours.
Section 5: On the 11th of each month, each party will choose a leader to represent them in the new session of congress. On the 12th, Congress will vote between the party leaders on who becomes Speaker in the new session of congress. Once the election is over, the person that wins the majority, they become Speaker and the second place leader will become Minority Leader.(edited)

Article 3: Executive Branch(edited)
Section 1: The executive power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. They shall hold this Office during the Term of one month, and, together with the Vice President, elected for the same term.(edited)
Section 2: The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices, and he shall have Power to Grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.
Section 3: They shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Congress, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Congress present concur; and they shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Congress, shall appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the supreme Court, and all other Officers or Secretaries of the United States, whose Appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by Law: but the Congress may by Law vest the Appointment of such inferior Officers, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the Courts of Law, or in the Heads of Departments.
Section 4: The President, Vice President and all Civil Officers or Department Secretaries of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.(edited)
Section 5: In Case of the Removal of the President from the Server or office, or of his Death, Resignation, or Inability to discharge the Powers and Duties of the said Office, the Same shall devolve on the Vice President, and the Congress may by Law provide for the Case of Removal from the server or office, Death, Resignation or Inability, both of the President and Vice President, declaring what Officer shall then act as President, and such Officer shall act accordingly, until the Disability be removed, or a President shall be elected.
Article 4: Judicial(edited)
Section 1 The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services, a Compensation, which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office. Section 2 1: The judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treaties made, or which shall be made, under their Authority;—to all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls;—to all Cases of admiralty and maritime Jurisdiction;—to Controversies to which the United States shall be a Party;—to Controversies between two or more States;—between a State and Citizens of another State;10 —between Citizens of different States, —between Citizens of the same State claiming Lands under Grants of different States, and between a State, or the Citizens thereof, and foreign States, Citizens or Subjects. 2: In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction. In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction, both as to Law and Fact, with such Exceptions, and under such Regulations as the Congress shall make. 3: The Trial of all Crimes, except in Cases of Impeachment, shall be by Jury; and such Trial shall be held in the State where the said Crimes shall have been committed; but when not committed within any State, the Trial shall be at such Place or Places as the Congress may by Law have directed.

Section 3 1: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court. 2: The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.(edited)
Article 5: Amendments
Section 1: The first 16 amendments, 18th, 19th, 21st, and 24th amendment of the US Constitution will still apply in this Constitution. The amendments not included were related to elections which have been changed in this Constitution for Virtual Congress related reasons.
Amendment 25: Unless otherwise specified, any law that has been passed by Congress and signed by the president as of 12/11/2019 already exists and has been passed by our virtual government.
Amendment 26: To ratify a constitutional amendment, a vote with 3/4 approval of Congress are required and signature of the president.
