For this project I had to search in the google news for Cyber Security reports and evaluate the sources. I also got my certificate so now I am certified in CyberSecurity.
Lessons Learned
I learned the safety and caution of clicking links from random sources. I also new terms for different cyber attacks and also learned searching the news in Google News for articles of anything placed in the News.
This article talks about an aritist who is sueing Ai companies for creating images that are created like her. This can be considered identity theft because the companies using AI are using her identity for art to sell images. AI nowadays are become too creative in being able to copy somebodys voice to also being able to change their faces to look like someone else. This artist Karla Ortiz is trying to protect her identity and her art so people don't go and buy the ai version of her originality. We can protect ourselves from this by instead of buying images off a company look up the artist and see if the artist has their own website.

When trying to find hotels to go on vacation be careful on what sites you try to book. This article explains the attempts of internet fraud when trying to book hotels. This problem is increasing due to the cyber security not being up to date to stop the internet scammers. Most of the problems lie in facebook or instagram posting fake ads and people beleiving them. We can protect ourselves from falling for this by checking the creditbility of the website and instead of choosing an ad on instagram find a legit booking company.
