As a Chartered Accountant, Barrister, and Chartered Tax Consultant, he manages Massim Consult, a consulting firm, and is a partner at Akanbek, Atuilik & Associates, focusing on legal and tax advisory services.
With over 20 years of experience, Prof. Atuilik has provided consultancy for organizations like the African Development Bank, World Bank, and WHO, specializing in public financial management (PFM) and international accounting standards across Africa and Asia. Notably, he has worked as a PFM Consultant for the World Bank in Bangladesh and served as Public Finance Manager for the Pan African Federation of Accountants.
In academia, he has over two decades of teaching experience and 25 publications. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration (Accounting), multiple master's degrees in finance, public management, and law, and an Executive Certificate from Harvard Kennedy School.
