It is 3 am, and Samantha is ready to embark on her day. She has so much energy, she is ready to do everything!
She starts with a 5K run.
She does some paperwork, housework, prepares her kids lunches, and makes breakfast.
By this time, it is 7:20 am and Samantha wakes her kids up and helps get them ready for school, serves breakfast, and sees her kids off.
Samantha then gets ready for her productive morning-she does some work, goes out with friends and does a multitude of activities.
Her kids come home from school and they're all having a great time playing when the kids begin arguing. Samantha loses her temper.
Her energy suddenly starts to drain away. She goes to her bedroom. She feels tired, sad, and unable to move for the rest of the evening.
