In February 1938, the use of gold nibs for the domestic market was forbidden by the government. Following it, as of May 16, 1938, pens were fitted with palladium nibs (Green Book).
As I don't own any model 100N with Pd nib, I can't comment on it in detail. Presumably, like model 100, nib was gold-plated (Fig.2), and other specification were similar to those of Pelikan 100N (ca.1938). The pen in Fig.1 may be the white trim variant (click).
