In May, 1935, the price list of for UK presented new model 100 with colored sleeve. The lineup were as follows (Green Book) (cap / sleeve):

In addition, the new model characterized by colored cap and sleeve made of the same material was presented as model 101. The lineup were as follows (Green Book) (cap / sleeve):

They were destined mainly for the export markets, as colorful pens were not popular with conservative German consumers. For English-speaking countries, the brand name was “Pelican” not Pelikan (万年筆おやじの備忘録).
My pen is model 101 lizard. The pen has short cap top. For more information about short cap top, please refer to Pelikan 100/100N short cap top. The nib size specification is on the feed. The cap top logo inlaid in white paint.
