I am Assistant Professor in Economics at the Department of Economics and Business Economics of Radboud University.

I am an applied microeconomist and use historical data to answer questions at the intersection of economic history and labor economics, focusing on institutional and market drivers of labor market inequalities throughout history, from medieval to present times. I am also interested in the institutional determinants of factor market integration during the High Middle Ages.
