## 1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must use the Service with permission of a parent or legal guardian.
## 2. Service Description
Vimora provides AI-powered tools for media generation and editing based on user-provided inputs (such as images and prompts).
The Service is provided in anonymous mode and does not require a user account login.
Features may be added, changed, limited, or discontinued.
## 3. User Content and License
### 3.1 Ownership
You keep ownership of content you upload or submit ("User Content").
### 3.2 License to Operate the Service
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transform User Content solely to:
- deliver requested outputs
- maintain and secure the Service
- troubleshoot and prevent abuse
### 3.3 AI and Face-Related Processing
- User Content is processed on a request basis.
- We do not perform biometric identification of users.
- Face-related transformations (for example, face replacement or expression-driven effects) are functional processing, not identity recognition.
- We do not use your content to train shared AI models for other users.
## 4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, fraudulent, exploitative, or infringes third-party rights.
You also agree not to interfere with service security, misuse platform resources, or attempt unauthorized access.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for violations.
## 5. Subscriptions, Credits, and Advertising
The Service includes paid features through:
- recurring subscriptions (including weekly and annual plans)
- one-time credit purchases
- ad-supported access
Billing for subscriptions and eligible in-app purchases is processed through Google Play.

## 6. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate third-party SDKs and providers, including AppsFlyer, AdMob, MAX mediation, and connected service partners.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party policies beyond our legal obligations.
## 7. Intellectual Property
Except for your User Content, all rights in the Service (including software, models, branding, and design elements) belong to the Operator or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service except as expressly permitted by law.
## 8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for specific purposes. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
## 9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.
## 10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or policy enforcement.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
## 11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
