These Subscription Terms ("Subscription Terms") apply to paid features of **Vimora: AI Video Generator** (the "Service").
By purchasing a subscription or credits, you agree to these Subscription Terms and the Terms of Service.
## 1. Plans and Auto-Renewal
Vimora currently offers recurring subscription plans, including weekly and annual options.
Plan availability, billing currency, and pricing are displayed on your Google Play purchase screen at checkout and may vary by region, tax, exchange rate, or promotional offer.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled in advance through your Google Play account settings.
## 2. Free Trial
We currently do **not** provide a free trial by default.
If a trial is introduced later for specific campaigns or regions, its terms will be shown on the purchase screen and will apply only to that offer.
## 3. Billing and Payments
- Subscription charges and eligible in-app purchases are processed via Google Play.
- By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges through your selected Google Play payment method.
- You are responsible for managing your subscription status in Google Play.
Deleting or uninstalling the app does not cancel an active subscription.
## 4. One-Time Credits and Usage Priority
The Service may include one-time purchasable virtual credits ("Credits") for specific generation features.
Unless otherwise stated in-product:
- credits may be consumed according to in-product logic displayed at the time of use
- credits have no cash value and are non-transferable
- unused credits are non-refundable except where required by law or platform policy
## 5. Cancellation
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through Google Play settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
No partial-period refund is guaranteed unless required by applicable law or granted under Google Play policy.
## 6. Price Changes
We may adjust subscription pricing from time to time. Where required by law or platform rules, advance notice and user choices will be provided through Google Play or in-app notices.
## 7. Refunds
For purchases made via Google Play, refund eligibility and processing are governed by Google Play refund policies.
We do not override platform-controlled refund decisions.
## 8. User Content and AI Processing Boundaries
You retain ownership of your uploaded content.
You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide generation features, service security, and abuse prevention.
For clarity:
- we do not perform biometric identity recognition
- face-related transformations are functional effects requested by users
- we do not use your uploaded content to train shared AI models for other users
## 9. Acceptable Use and Enforcement
You must not use paid features to generate unlawful, infringing, exploitative, deceptive, or harmful content.
We may suspend or terminate access to paid features for violations, fraud risk, or legal compliance requirements.
## 10. Liability and Warranty
Paid features are provided "as available." AI outputs may be imperfect, and you are responsible for evaluating generated results before use.
To the extent permitted by law, indirect and consequential damages are excluded, and non-excludable liabilities remain subject to mandatory law.
## 11. Relationship with Other Documents
These Subscription Terms supplement the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
If there is a conflict between these Subscription Terms and the Terms of Service on subscription billing, credits, cancellation, pricing, or refunds, these Subscription Terms prevail for those topics.
## 12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Subscription Terms shall be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence provide otherwise.
