Booking Terms and Conditions

Weekly Bookings (Monday to Friday 10AM to 5PM)

• Terms and Conditions:

  • Any booking made is confirmed upon payment only.

  • Bookings are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once booked.

  • Bookings can be modified a day prior, no later than 8PM on the day prior to the day of usage.

  • Bookings for timings past 5PM can be made in person at an additional charge.

  • A valid ID is required upon entry.

  • Any damage to property will result in payment on actuals

  • Vimanook premises and services may be used only for professional and lawful work, meetings, workshops, interviews, training and shoots. Any unlawful activity, loud gathering and/or religious/political meetings are prohibited.

Weekend Bookings (Saturday and Sunday 10AM to 5PM)

• Terms and Conditions:

  • One day prior notice is required for Saturday and Sunday bookings.

  • For Saturday and Sunday, booking is valid upon confirmation only

  • Bookings are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once booked.
