Please note our house rules!

• Minimum stay: 7 nights in may and september. 14 nights from 08th June to 06th September.

• No further guests out those signed in the booking form will be admitted. Max guest: 5

• No pets. Our garden is not fenced as the village rules requires for those having or wanting host pets.

• No inflating babypools are allowed in the garden!

• Deposit: 250,- € are to be paid cash on arrival. These will be paid back on the day after check out via paypal/bank transfer after checking the house during the cleaning. After bad experiences with (very few!) guests, we learned the lesson...  Of course one or 2 broken glasses/dishes do not count!

• Rates are per week with arrival and departure on Saturday or Sunday. In June and September on demand it is possible to arrange an arrival or departure during the week.

• Rates include final cleaning, utilities (gas, electricity and water) and use of the facilities of the house (i.e. washing machine - air conditioning).

• Rates do not include:  Linen and towels (no disposal).

• Tourism Tax:  1,50 € p.P. per day. Children under 12 y.o. do not pay any tax. The total amount must be paid on spot cash.

• WiFi: private, free in and around the cottage. Open, free in Piazzetta

• Payment: 20% by the booking with bank transfer or Paypal, remaining 80% Paypal or cash on the premise or 3 days before your arrival with bank Transfer

• Cancelation Terms: for cancelations up to 60 days before check-in day the deposit will be totally refunded. For cancelations from 59 days to the check-in day the deposit will not be refunded.
