From Amalfi you can travel by boat, bus, car or bike but we would always choose a boat if possible.
Some places can only be reached by road but the drive is usually spectacular.

Villa Rufolo offers far-reaching views from its terraced gardens, and hosts indoor and outdoor concerts during the popular summertime Ravello Festival. Villa Cimbrone, a medieval-style estate perched on a steep outcrop, is surrounded by another celebrated garden.
In the wonderful square you will be served fantastic pastries and coffee but if you want great ice-cream head to the kiosk in the garden of Villa Cimbrone.
If you sit on the terrace of Gerry's Bar and look across the valley, you will see this building.
Whether you hire your own boat or take a tour, a trip to Capri is just magical. Set in the Bay of Naples, and famous for its rugged landscape, leather goods and designer shopping.
Take a cruise through the tunnel of love.
You cannot be so close to and not visit Pompeii or walk up Vesuvius.

If you get chance to visit the City of Naples, do. It is Claire's favourite city in the world and has the most amazing buzz. Whether it be the buzz of the city streets or exploring the hidden gem alleyways, it is another must.
A well-known holiday destination with a pebble beachfront and steep, narrow streets lined with boutiques selling lace, pots and limoncello. Its cathedral is a beautiful domed structure just off the beach
Moor off here on your boat trip and gaze at the multi million pound yachts doing the same thing!
Having walked down to Amalfi why not catch the bus back up to Pogerola.
