FAQs
Will there be a meal plan?
No because they don't teach you anything and I want you to eat the meals you enjoy with your family/partner/friends, maybe just with a couple of tweaks!
How often will I have to work out?
This is up to you and whatever works with your lifestyle. I'd recommend a minimum of twice (ideally 3 times) up to 5 times per week. Remember what is optimal for someone else, might not be YOUR optimal - I focus on you and what's realistic for you to achieve.
Do I have to do the workouts you give me or can I carry on with exercise I'm currently enjoying?
Whilst I would like all women resistance training at least twice a week, I also encourage movement of any kind that you enjoy. So if you're a keen runner, enjoy a local class, do a bit of boxing, are into pilates I will absolutely encourage you to continue that!
How is this different from other plans/diets that I've done before?
I take the time to understand your goals & what's realistic for you and then create a plan that can fit into YOUR life, not try and fit your life around a plan. Us ladies have jobs, kids, houses to run, life admin to sort, ageing parents to think about (Christ we do a lot!) so giving you strict boundaries and a 'one size fits all' plan isn't going to work and that's why so many diets have failed you in the past. Let's focus on YOU and making your life enjoyable whilst smashing your goals in your way, in your time and have some fun whilst doing it!
Do I need to be a member of a gym?
No. You can get great results working out from home. Whilst a gym membership/home weights is great, there are other options for you which I will advise on.
What support will I get from you?
As well as giving you the advice & guidance you need to absolutely smash it, I will be on hand to offer support when needed. I will also be checking in with you every week and we will have a monthly phone call to help keep you on track and give you a boost when you need it most!
What if I have a wobble & fall off the wagon?
If you're talking about having fun, eating some pizza, drinking some wine and having a slice of birthday cake then that is life and I encourage you to enjoy all of those things. I want you to reach a stage where you forget about the 'all or nothing' mindset, you know when to make sensible choices and you also know when to chill out and have a bloody great time!
How much does it cost?
Online coaching with me is £99 a month. You are the best investment you will ever make so invest in yourself!
