I spent years on and off diets that never worked for me and felt miserable and destined to never be happy in my own body. From the ages of 20 to 35 I tried numerous well known weight loss fads and yes I lost weight, but they didn’t teach me anything so guess what? I put it all back on again. And again. And again.
But there is hope!
I’ve been there, I get it and it sucks. Life is too short to be drained by this shit. You deserve better. You deserve to feel empowered by your choices and to live a life feeling happy in your own skin whilst enjoying it too!
When I had my daughter something clicked. There was no way I was going to let her grow up feeling constantly consumed with losing weight and relying on the next 'quick fix', only to find herself back at square one with no real education & understanding as to how it all REALLY works.
So I educated myself. I did my personal training qualification. I worked on my mindset. I invested in coaching. I read books. I listened to podcasts. I started journalling. I started walking the walk and reaping the benefits. And I continue to do all of those things because I am so bloody passionate about this.
I know there's light at the end of the tunnel because I have FINALLY found it, and the women I coach have found it too.
