Application Form & How to Fill It

Thanks for your interest in becoming a moderator with VBES! This page will guide you through everything you need to know before filling out the application form below.

Please take a few minutes to read the instructions carefully — it’ll help you avoid mistakes and make sure your application is accepted smoothly.

Who Can Apply?

Before you begin, check if you’re eligible:

• You live in India, and are originally from Andhra Pradesh or Telangana

• You’ve passed Intermediate (12th class or equivalent)

• You’re ready to appear for the VBES Moderator Qualifying Examination on August 3, 2025

• You understand that this is a voluntary and unpaid role meant to support students and help the community

If you don’t meet these basic criteria, your application won’t be considered — the form will guide you accordingly.

Key Deadlines

• Last date to apply: July 25, 2025 – 11:59 PM and Now July 31, 2025 – 11:59 as per Ref. No: VBES/CC&HdU/ANNOU/250725/MR-25/03; Dated: 25.07.2025

• Qualifying Exam Date: August 3, 2025 (Sunday) (Tentative)

• Two slots:

  • 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM

  • 7:00 PM – 9:30 PM

You’ll get your exam slot and joining link by email a few days before the exam.

What You’ll Need

To make the process easy, have these things ready before you start:

• Your full name (exactly how you want it on certificates)

• A personal email address (Gmail preferred — not full, not an organization email)

• Your Telegram username

  • Don’t have one? You can set it easily. Watch this quick video guide

• Academic info – what you’ve studied so far

• A device to take the exam (mobile, laptop, tablet, etc.)

• If you're an Ex-Moderator, your Moderator ID is required

  • Forgot it? Just email hello.vbes@gmail.com before July 24

What’s in the Form?

Here’s a quick look at the sections inside the application:

• Applicant Type – Are you a new applicant, someone who applied earlier, or a former moderator?

• Eligibility Check – Confirms you’re from the right region and have the minimum qualification

• Personal Details – Name, contact number, email, academic background

• Telegram Details – You must have a working Telegram username for communication

• Your Motivation – Why do you want to be a moderator? What experience or skills do you bring?

• Technical Skills – What tools you know (Word, Excel, email, etc.) and what device you’ll use

• Rules & Declarations – You’ll be asked to confirm that you understand the rules, exam, and that this is a volunteer role

• Final Review – A quick recap before submission

Important Reminders

• Fill in all required fields carefully

• Use a personal email that’s active and has inbox space

• Your name must be accurate — it’ll be printed as-is on your certificate

• You can only submit the form once. No edits or second chances

• Submitting the form means you agree to appear for the qualifying exam

• After submission, you’ll receive a Registration Number and Unique Code by email
