We use Firebase Crashlytics to understand and fix crashes and stability issues. Crash and performance data may include:
- Crash logs and stack traces.
- Device model, operating system version, app version, and build information.
- Crashlytics installation identifiers and Firebase installation identifiers.
- Diagnostic information related to the crash or error.
This information helps us identify bugs, prioritize fixes, and improve reliability.
### Device and app identifiers
The App uses locally generated or service-generated identifiers to support subscriptions, entitlements, analytics, crash reporting, remote configuration, experiments, and fraud prevention. These may include:
- AppActor app user ID.
- Device-managed or app-scoped user identifiers.
- Firebase installation ID.
- Crashlytics installation UUID.
- Apple StoreKit transaction-related identifiers.
These identifiers are used for app functionality, analytics, crash reporting, purchase management, and service integrity. We do not use them to identify you by name unless you contact us and voluntarily provide contact information.
### Apple Search Ads attribution
The App enables Apple Search Ads attribution through AppActor. When supported by the device and platform, Apple may provide attribution information that helps us understand whether an install or purchase was related to an Apple Search Ads campaign. We use this information to measure campaign performance and improve marketing decisions.
The App does not request App Tracking Transparency permission and does not declare tracking in its iOS privacy manifest. We do not use IDFA-based cross-app tracking in the App.
### Support communications
If you contact us for support, we may process the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message content, screenshots, device details, purchase details, or attachments. We use this information to respond to your request and resolve issues.
