VidBr Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the VidBr app and the official VidBr website ("we", "our"). By accessing or using our services, whether through the app or the website, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the app or the website.
1. Acceptance of the Terms
By creating an account or using our services, you declare that you are at least 13 years old and that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
2. Use of the Service
2.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 13 years old, you cannot use VidBr.
2.2 Account Registration: To access certain features, you must create an account. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
2.3 Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities that occur on your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
2.4 Video Duration Limitation:
VidBr allows the uploading of videos with a maximum duration of 30 seconds. Videos that exceed this limit will not be accepted for posting. It is your responsibility to ensure that the videos you upload comply with this time limit. If the video exceeds the allowed duration, it will be automatically rejected or removed by the platform.
2.5 Email Verification: When creating an account on VidBr, you will be required to provide a valid email address. To complete the registration process and activate your account, you will need to verify your email. VidBr will send a verification link to the provided email address.
3. User Content
3.1 Content Ownership: You retain all rights to the content you post on VidBr.
3.2 License to VidBr: By posting content, you grant VidBr a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your content in connection with the service.
3.3 Responsibility for Content: You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or any other proprietary rights of third parties.
3.4 Monitoring and Removal: We reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove any content that we deem inappropriate, in violation of these Terms, or that infringes the rights of third parties.
3.5 Content Visibility: By posting videos on VidBr, you agree that your content will be visible to all users of the platform unless you choose to make your video private. If you choose to make your video private, only you will be able to view it. No other user will be able to access or view the private video.
4. Reporting Content and Removal
Any user can report videos they consider inappropriate. All reports will be reviewed by our team, which reserves the right to take necessary actions, including removing the reported content and/or suspending the responsible user's account.
4.1 Violations and Automatic Removal
Content will be automatically removed if it reaches a minimum number of reports related to the following violations:
Pornographic or vulgar: Posting explicit nudity, pornography, or excessively vulgar language.
Harmful to minors: Content inappropriate for minors or promoting harmful behaviors.
Criminal activities and controlled goods: Promoting, organizing, or engaging in illegal activities, such as selling drugs, weapons, or any controlled goods.
Spam: Repetitive, irrelevant posts or attempts to deceive users for profit or misinformation.
Hate speech: Any content that promotes discrimination, prejudice, or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
Harassment and intimidation: Behaviors or posts aimed at threatening, intimidating, or harassing other platform users.
Violent and explicit: Posts depicting extreme violence, blood, or disturbing graphic content.
Dangerous organizations and individuals: Support or association with terrorist organizations, criminal groups, or dangerous individuals.
Suicide and self-harm: Content that promotes, glorifies, or encourages suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders.
False information: The intentional posting of misinformation or conspiracy theories that could cause harm.
Intellectual property violation: Content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
4.2 Number of Reports for Removal
The video may be automatically removed once it reaches a determined number of verified reports related to any of the above categories. The exact number of reports required for removal will not be publicly disclosed, but we ensure that the process is fair and transparent.
4.3 Fraudulent Reports
Users who make false or intentional reports to harm others will be subject to actions, including suspension or termination of their accounts.
In more severe cases, content may be removed even before reaching the minimum number of reports, at the discretion of the VidBr team.
5. Account Verification and Authenticity Badge
To ensure the authenticity of accounts on our platform, we offer the option to request different types of verification badges. These badges indicate that the user is a public figure, brand, or relevant entity, authenticated through criteria such as popularity and behavior on the platform.
Types of Verification Badges:
Blue Verified: This badge can be obtained by users who reach 10,000 followers on their account. It indicates that the user is relevant and has a high level of engagement within the community.
Gold Verified: This more exclusive badge can be granted to users with 100,000 followers or more. It is reserved for public figures or entities with a significant impact and visibility on the platform.
Influencer Selection for Verification:
In addition to automatic verification methods, VidBr reserves the right to select influencers for verification badges. This selection will be based on internal criteria such as relevance, impact on the community, and other considerations deemed pertinent by the platform. The decision to grant a verification badge to influencers is discretionary and not tied to a minimum follower count.
Participation in Reward Programs:
In addition to automatic verification based on popularity, users can also obtain a verification badge through participation in reward programs. These programs recognize significant contributions to the community, whether through engagement, creating outstanding content, or active participation in platform-promoted activities and events.
Identity Verification Process:
Regardless of the method used to obtain the badge (popularity or participation in reward programs), it may be necessary to submit identity documents to authenticate your account. These documents are used exclusively for verification purposes and are stored securely in compliance with data protection laws.
Email Account Verification:
To verify your account on VidBr, you will need to send an email to our support team requesting verification. The team will review your request and may ask for additional documents to confirm your identity. Verification will occur after the analysis and approval of the submitted documents.
6. Use of Content and Video Downloads
VidBr allows users to download videos directly from the platform, provided they comply with the Terms and Conditions of the service. By using the download feature, you agree to the following conditions:
6.1 Legal Use of Content: You must ensure that the downloaded content does not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or any other intellectual property rights of third parties. VidBr is not responsible for any violations resulting from downloading or using content without proper authorization.
6.2 Download Restrictions: Downloading videos is subject to content availability and may be restricted by internal policies or requests from the copyright holder. VidBr reserves the right to block or limit access to download features if misuse is suspected.
6.3 Video Ownership: Downloading videos from VidBr is allowed for personal, non-commercial use only. Users are not permitted to redistribute, resell, or otherwise commercialize downloaded content without the permission of the copyright holder.
6.4 Responsibility: VidBr is not responsible for any damages caused by downloaded videos, including technical issues, viruses, or damage to the user's device. Downloading videos is done at the user's own risk.
6.5 Hiding the Download Button: Videos posted on VidBr can be downloaded by other users unless you choose to hide the download option. VidBr allows you to disable the download feature in your account settings. By hiding the download button, you prevent other users from downloading your videos, but they will still be able to view them on the platform.
7. Prohibitions
It is strictly prohibited to:
Post content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, obscene, or that promotes hate or violence.
Use the app to harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.
Attempt to access unauthorized parts of the app or interact with the system in an unauthorized manner.
Use robots, spiders, or automated tools to collect data from VidBr without our authorization.
8. Modifications and Termination
8.1 Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any services or features at any time, without prior notice.
8.2 Account Termination: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if, at our discretion, your conduct is deemed inappropriate.
9. Disclaimer
VidBr is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any cause related to the use of VidBr is limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to use the service.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of the service after such notifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Brazil/MG]. Any disputes related to these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts.
