Little brother Lukas comes home for the summer, to shockingly find a colossal bitcoin mining center located on top of the cemetery, where their parents used to be buried. Fish start to float ashore, and there is a mysterious issue with the power cables supplying the center. After baby goat is found dead in the forest behind the church, the siblings team up with Colombian-Finnish electrician Viljami to find out what’s going on inside the mine.
Bitcoinbilen / The Bitcoin Car is director Trygve Luktvasslimo's feature film debut and stars Sunniva Birkeland Johansen in the lead role as Gloria.
The Film has premiered in June 2023 in Harstad and in November 2023 in Oslo. At the moment it is travelling with a triumph across Norway. In January 2024 BITCOINBILEN is selected for the screening at the US Film Festival SLAMDANCE
