1. What VibeIDE Is
VibeIDE connects your iPhone directly to a Mac you own or are expressly authorized to use, over SSH, so you can chat with Claude Code, view and control a project terminal session, and, with VibeIDE Pro, interact with the current project's app in an iOS Simulator. VibeIDE does not provide a cloud Mac and does not run code on your iPhone. Your prompt first goes to your Mac, where Claude Code may send it to Anthropic or another provider you configured.
2. Your Own Infrastructure
Using VibeIDE requires a Mac you own or are expressly authorized to use, with SSH access enabled on it. You must not use VibeIDE to access a computer without permission. Some optional features need accounts or tools that belong to you, not to VibeIDE, such as an Anthropic account for Claude Code and a Tailscale account if you connect over Tailscale. VibeIDE has no way to see or manage those third-party accounts.
3. Free Trial and VibeIDE Pro
Chat, the terminal, and project management are free to use for as long as you use the app. VibeIDE Pro unlocks two additional features: Live Simulator View and AI Simulator Control. The first time you open either feature, a 7 day free trial starts automatically, with nothing to sign up for and no payment required. After the trial ends, continuing to use those two features requires an active VibeIDE Pro subscription, purchased through the App Store. The subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
4. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your Mac login and SSH credentials secure, confirming its SSH host-key fingerprint, and reviewing what you send to Claude Code. VibeIDE stores the SSH password in your iPhone Keychain and uses it only to authenticate to the Mac you configured. Prompts and attachments can then be processed by your configured Claude provider under that provider's policies. You are also responsible for keeping your Mac reachable, awake, and on the network, since the app cannot function if your Mac is asleep or disconnected.
5. Third Party Tools
VibeIDE relies on several tools that run on your own Mac and are not made by VibeIDE: Xcode, the iOS Simulator, Claude Code, tmux, idb, and optionally Tailscale. VibeIDE cannot guarantee these will always work correctly, since they are outside VibeIDE's control and may change independently of this app.
6. No Warranty
VibeIDE is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. While care has been taken to make it reliable, VibeIDE does not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VibeIDE's developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data on your own Mac or interruptions caused by third party tools or services.
8. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time as the app changes. Continuing to use VibeIDE after an update means you accept the revised terms.

1. VibeIDE란
VibeIDE는 사용자가 소유하거나 명시적으로 사용 권한을 받은 맥과 아이폰을 SSH로 직접 연결해서, Claude Code와 채팅하고, 프로젝트 터미널 세션을 보고 조작하고, VibeIDE Pro를 이용하면 현재 프로젝트 앱을 iOS 시뮬레이터에서 조작할 수 있게 해주는 앱입니다. VibeIDE는 클라우드 맥을 제공하지 않고 아이폰에서 코드를 실행하지 않습니다. 프롬프트는 먼저 사용자의 맥으로 전송되고, 맥의 Claude Code가 Anthropic 또는 사용자가 설정한 다른 provider로 전송할 수 있습니다.
2. 사용자의 인프라
VibeIDE를 사용하려면 SSH 접속이 켜져 있고, 사용자가 소유하거나 명시적으로 사용 권한을 받은 맥이 필요합니다. 허가받지 않은 컴퓨터에 VibeIDE로 접속해서는 안 됩니다. 일부 선택 기능은 VibeIDE가 아닌 사용자 본인의 계정이나 도구를 필요로 합니다. Claude Code를 위한 Anthropic 계정과 Tailscale로 연결할 경우의 Tailscale 계정이 그 예시입니다. VibeIDE는 이런 제3자 계정들을 확인하거나 관리할 방법이 없습니다.
3. 무료 체험과 VibeIDE Pro
채팅, 터미널, 프로젝트 관리는 앱을 쓰는 동안 계속 무료로 이용할 수 있습니다. VibeIDE Pro는 실시간 시뮬레이터 뷰와 AI 시뮬레이터 조작, 이 두 가지 추가 기능을 열어줍니다. 둘 중 하나를 처음 실행하는 순간 별도 신청 없이 7일 무료 체험이 자동으로 시작되며, 이 기간에는 결제가 이뤄지지 않습니다. 체험 기간이 끝난 뒤에도 이 두 기능을 계속 쓰려면 앱스토어를 통해 구매하는 VibeIDE Pro 구독이 필요합니다. 구독은 현재 결제 주기가 끝나기 24시간 전까지 해지하지 않으면 매달 자동으로 갱신됩니다. 구독 관리와 해지는 언제든 Apple ID 계정 설정에서 할 수 있습니다. 결제는 구매를 확정하는 시점에 Apple ID로 청구됩니다.
4. 사용자의 책임
맥 로그인 및 SSH 인증 정보를 안전하게 관리하고, SSH 호스트 키 지문을 확인하고, Claude Code로 보내는 내용을 검토할 책임이 있습니다. VibeIDE는 SSH 비밀번호를 아이폰 키체인에 저장하고 사용자가 설정한 맥에 인증할 때만 사용합니다. 이후 프롬프트와 첨부 파일은 설정된 Claude provider의 정책에 따라 처리될 수 있습니다. 또한 앱이 정상적으로 작동하려면 맥이 잠자기 상태에 들어가지 않고 네트워크에 연결되어 있어야 하므로, 이를 유지하는 것도 사용자의 책임입니다.
5. 제3자 도구
VibeIDE는 사용자의 맥 위에서 실행되는, VibeIDE가 만들지 않은 여러 도구들에 의존합니다. Xcode, iOS 시뮬레이터, Claude Code, tmux, idb, 그리고 선택적으로 Tailscale이 여기에 해당합니다. 이 도구들은 VibeIDE의 통제 범위 밖에 있고 이 앱과 무관하게 변경될 수 있으므로, VibeIDE는 이들이 항상 정상적으로 작동한다는 것을 보장할 수 없습니다.
6. 무보증
VibeIDE는 어떠한 보증도 없이 있는 그대로 제공됩니다. 안정적으로 작동하도록 최선을 다했지만, 중단이나 오류 없는 작동을 보장하지는 않습니다.
7. 책임의 제한
관련 법이 허용하는 최대한의 범위에서, VibeIDE 개발자는 앱 사용으로 인해 발생하는 간접적, 부수적, 결과적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 여기에는 사용자 본인의 맥에 저장된 데이터 손실이나 제3자 도구 및 서비스로 인한 이용 중단이 포함되지만 이에 한정되지 않습니다.
8. 약관의 변경
이 약관은 앱이 발전함에 따라 수시로 바뀔 수 있습니다. 변경 이후에도 VibeIDE를 계속 사용하면 바뀐 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
