1. Overview
VibeIDE does not use a VibeIDE developer server for project contents or Claude prompts. It connects your iPhone to a Mac you own or are authorized to use. Claude Code on that Mac may send prompts and attachments to Anthropic or another provider you configured. Apple separately processes StoreKit purchases. If you turn notifications on, a contentless signal passes through a VibeIDE relay, described in section 4.
2. Information Stored On Your Device
SSH passwords and trusted host-key fingerprints are stored in the iPhone Keychain. Server addresses, usernames, project settings, and chat history are stored in the app's local database on the iPhone. VibeIDE's developer does not receive this local database. Content you intentionally send as a Claude prompt or attachment follows the provider flow in section 3.
3. Claude and Your Configured Provider
Prompts and attachments are transmitted over SSH from your iPhone to your own Mac and passed to Claude Code there. Claude Code may transmit them to Anthropic or another provider you configured. That provider's processing, retention, and training policies may apply. VibeIDE's developer does not directly receive your prompts or source code. Do not include secrets, API keys, passwords, or personal information unless you understand the provider's policy. The app asks for separate, versioned consent immediately before the first Claude transmission.
4. Push Notifications
If you turn notifications on, VibeIDE tells you when Claude Code asks for approval or finishes a reply, even while the app is closed. Your own Mac does the watching. It sends your iPhone's Apple-issued push token, plus one of exactly two words, "approval" or "completion", to a relay service VibeIDE operates, which asks Apple to deliver the notification. Your project names, prompts, replies, and terminal output are never sent: even the wording you see is assembled on your iPhone from text inside the app. The relay stores nothing about your device, and you are never asked for an APNs key of your own. Turning notifications off in iOS Settings stops this from the next time you open a project on that Mac. Trial reminders are scheduled locally by iOS and never leave the device.
5. Subscriptions and Payment
VibeIDE Pro subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. VibeIDE does not receive your card details or other payment information, and does not run any subscription or billing server of its own. Your subscription status is checked directly against Apple's own records.
6. Camera and Local Network Access
VibeIDE asks for camera access only to attach a photo to a chat message. Network access is used to reach the configured Mac over SSH through a reachable connection such as a local network, a private network such as Tailscale, or a user-configured public SSH endpoint. The Simulator feature streams the current project's app preview, not the macOS desktop or Xcode UI.
7. No Accounts, No Analytics, No Advertising
VibeIDE has no sign up or login system of its own, no third party analytics or crash reporting tools, and no advertising or ad tracking of any kind.
8. Your Control Over Your Data
You can remove saved Macs and projects from the app. Removing a server deletes its associated local SSH password and trusted host key. Project removal deletes the selected local project record and its local chat records; remote project source files are never deleted automatically. Deleting the app removes app-local data according to iOS behavior.
9. Children's Privacy
VibeIDE is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from children, which is straightforward here since the app collects no information beyond what is described above, stored only on your own device.
10. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated as the app changes. Continuing to use VibeIDE after an update means you accept the revised policy.

1. 개요
VibeIDE는 프로젝트 내용이나 Claude 프롬프트를 받는 VibeIDE 개발자 서버를 사용하지 않습니다. 아이폰은 사용자가 소유하거나 명시적으로 사용 권한을 받은 맥과 연결됩니다. 맥의 Claude Code는 프롬프트와 첨부 파일을 Anthropic 또는 사용자가 설정한 다른 provider로 보낼 수 있습니다. StoreKit 구매는 Apple이 별도로 처리합니다. 알림을 켠 경우에만, 내용이 담기지 않은 알림 신호가 VibeIDE relay를 거칩니다(아래 4항).
2. 기기에 저장되는 정보
SSH 비밀번호와 신뢰한 호스트 키 지문은 아이폰 키체인에 저장됩니다. 서버 주소, 사용자 이름, 프로젝트 설정, 채팅 기록은 아이폰의 앱 로컬 데이터베이스에 저장됩니다. VibeIDE 개발자는 이 로컬 데이터베이스를 받지 않습니다. 사용자가 Claude 프롬프트 또는 첨부 파일로 직접 보내는 내용은 아래 3항의 provider 흐름을 따릅니다.
3. Claude와 사용자가 설정한 Provider
프롬프트와 첨부 파일은 아이폰에서 사용자의 맥으로 SSH를 통해 전송되고, 맥의 Claude Code로 전달됩니다. Claude Code는 이를 Anthropic 또는 사용자가 설정한 다른 provider로 전송할 수 있습니다. 해당 provider의 처리, 보존, 학습 정책이 적용될 수 있습니다. VibeIDE 개발자는 프롬프트나 소스 코드를 직접 받지 않습니다. provider 정책을 이해하지 못한 상태에서 secret, API key, 비밀번호, 개인정보를 보내지 마십시오. 앱은 최초 Claude 전송 직전에 버전과 날짜가 기록되는 별도 동의를 요청합니다.
4. 푸시 알림
알림을 켜면 앱이 꺼져 있어도 Claude Code가 승인을 요청하거나 답변을 완료했을 때 알려드립니다. 감지는 사용자의 맥에서 이루어집니다. 맥은 Apple이 발급한 아이폰의 푸시 토큰과 "승인" 또는 "완료" 둘 중 하나만을 VibeIDE가 운영하는 relay로 보내고, relay가 Apple에 알림 전송을 요청합니다. 프로젝트 이름, 프롬프트, 답변, 터미널 출력은 전송되지 않으며, 알림에 표시되는 문구조차 아이폰 안의 앱 내부 텍스트로 조합됩니다. relay는 기기에 대한 정보를 저장하지 않고, 사용자에게 별도의 APNs 키를 요구하지 않습니다. iOS 설정에서 알림을 끄면 해당 맥의 프로젝트를 다음에 열 때부터 전송이 중단됩니다. 체험 종료 알림은 iOS가 기기 안에서만 예약합니다.
5. 구독과 결제
VibeIDE Pro 구독은 앱스토어를 통해 전적으로 Apple이 처리합니다. VibeIDE는 카드 정보나 그 외 결제 정보를 전달받지 않으며, 자체 구독 또는 결제 서버도 운영하지 않습니다. 구독 상태는 Apple의 기록을 직접 조회해서 확인합니다.
6. 카메라와 로컬 네트워크 접근
VibeIDE가 카메라 접근을 요청하는 이유는 촬영한 사진을 채팅 메시지에 첨부하기 위해서입니다. 네트워크 접근은 로컬 네트워크, Tailscale 같은 사설 네트워크, 또는 사용자가 구성한 public SSH endpoint 등 접속 가능한 경로를 통해 설정된 맥에 SSH로 연결하는 데 사용됩니다. Simulator 기능은 macOS 데스크톱이나 Xcode UI가 아니라 현재 프로젝트 앱의 미리보기를 스트리밍합니다.
7. 계정, 분석, 광고 없음
VibeIDE는 자체적인 회원가입이나 로그인 시스템이 없고, 제3자 분석 도구나 충돌 보고 도구도 쓰지 않으며, 어떤 형태의 광고나 광고 추적도 하지 않습니다.
8. 데이터에 대한 사용자의 통제
앱 안에서 저장된 맥이나 프로젝트를 삭제할 수 있습니다. 서버를 삭제하면 연결된 로컬 SSH 비밀번호와 신뢰한 호스트 키가 삭제됩니다. 프로젝트 삭제는 선택한 로컬 프로젝트 기록과 채팅 기록을 삭제하며, 원격 프로젝트 소스 파일을 자동으로 삭제하지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 iOS 동작에 따라 앱 로컬 데이터가 삭제됩니다.
9. 아동의 개인정보
VibeIDE는 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며 아동의 정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 앱이 수집하는 정보 자체가 위에서 설명한 것이 전부이고 이마저도 사용자 본인의 기기에만 저장되므로, 이 부분은 자연스럽게 지켜집니다.
10. 방침의 변경
이 방침은 앱이 발전함에 따라 바뀔 수 있습니다. 변경 이후에도 VibeIDE를 계속 사용하면 바뀐 방침에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
