Welcome to Vibe Battle! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Vibe Battle mobile application ("App") provided by the developer ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Entertainment Purposes Only

Vibe Battle is a novelty application designed strictly for entertainment and comedic purposes.

• The scores, personality types, vibe checks, and "roasts" generated by the App are completely arbitrary and generated by an automated algorithm.

• They are not based on any scientific, psychological, or factual analysis.

• The "Roast Me" feature is intended to be humorous and sarcastic. By using this feature, you accept that the App may generate mockingly critical text about the photos you submit. You agree not to take these results seriously or use them to harass, bully, or demean others.

2. User Content and Photos

The App allows you to take photos or upload photos from your device’s gallery for analysis.

• Local Processing: All photos are processed locally on your device. We do not store, view, or upload your photos to our servers.

• Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the photos you choose to analyze or share. You agree not to use the App to analyze photos of individuals without their consent or photos that contain illegal, explicit, or highly offensive material.

3. Advertising

Vibe Battle is a free app that relies on advertisements to generate revenue. By using the App, you agree that we may display third-party advertisements (such as Google AdMob) within the App interface. We are not responsible for the content of these third-party ads or the products/services they promote.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, code, design, and graphics within the App (excluding user-provided photos) are the intellectual property of the developer and are protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App or included software.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibe Battle and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind.

6. App Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App (or any part or feature of the App) at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
