Welcome to Vibe Battle! This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application ("App").

By using Vibe Battle, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

Vibe Battle is designed to be an offline-first application. We prioritize your privacy and want to be very clear about what we do not do:

• No Personal Data Collection: We do not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information (like your name, email, or phone number).

• No Cloud Storage for Photos: Any photos you take with your camera or select from your gallery are processed 100% locally on your device. We do not upload, save, or transmit your photos to any external servers.

• No Face Data Collection: The App uses machine learning features (like Google ML Kit) to analyze photos for the "Vibe Check" and "Roast Me" features. This analysis happens entirely offline on your phone. We do not collect or store biometric data or facial features.

2. Information Collected by Third-Party Services

While we do not collect your personal data, the App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, primarily for serving advertisements.

Google AdMob (Advertising) We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the App. AdMob may collect and use data (such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, and location data) to serve personalized ads.

• You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or adjusting the ad tracking settings on your device (e.g., turning on "Limit Ad Tracking" in your Android/iOS settings).

3. Permissions We Request

To function properly, the App may request the following permissions on your device:

• Camera: Required to take live photos for vibe battles, daily challenges, or roasts.

• Photo Library / Storage: Required to select existing photos from your gallery for analysis.

You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device's settings. However, doing so will prevent certain features of the App from working.

4. Children’s Privacy

Vibe Battle does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information (which is not a feature we offer), please contact us, and we will take steps to ensure it is deleted.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
