Growth Mindset Plan

The Growth Mindset was developed in my Concepts of Educational Technology course. I has the opportunity to read the book: Mindset by Carol Dweck and develop my own plan of how to implement this within my organization. I really enjoyed this book because I learned how to enjoy the process of learning and discovered some personal characteristics of myself that I can change.
