Video Game Tracker - VGT (“the App”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect, store, process, or transmit any personal data.
All information you create within the App (such as lists, notes, or game-tracking data) is stored locally on your device.

We do not have access to this information.

If you choose to enable iCloud Sync, your game library, progress entries, notes, and related app data may also be stored in your private iCloud account provided by Apple so that your data can sync across your devices.

We do not access this data, use it for advertising, or sell it to third parties.

3. Data Location & Deletion

By default, your data exists only on your device.

If you enable iCloud Sync, a copy of your app data may also be stored in your private iCloud account.

You can delete your stored data at any time by:

• Deleting the App from your device
• Using the “Delete All Data” option within the App's Settings

Deleting the App will remove local app data from your device permanently unless your device has backup or sync features enabled, including iCloud features you may have chosen to use.

4. Third-Party Services (IGDB)

The App retrieves video game information from the IGDB API.

• No personal data is ever sent to IGDB.

• Only game information requests are made.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App does not collect personal information from users of any age.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted wherever this policy is made available.
