Under the Dual Admissions Agreement, VFMC graduates will be guaranteed admission into a bachelor's degree program with junior status at Albright College on the condition that they:

· graduate from VFMC with an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts, Associate of Business Administration, Associate of Arts in Justice and Security Studies or Associate of Science in Health and Biological Sciences;
· graduate from VFMC with an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts, Associate of Business Administration, Associate of Arts in Justice and Security Studies or Associate of Science in Health and Biological Sciences;
· maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0;

· complete a "Dual Admissions Intent” form (Appendix A);

A full-time student admitted with junior status to Albright College can complete a bachelor's degree in a parallel program at Albright College within four regular semesters provided that the student completes the appropriate associate degree program at VFMC and completes the appropriate sequence of courses at Albright. Albright College agrees to accept the general education embedded in VFMC’s Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and VFMC’s Associate of Arts in Justice and Security Studies – Security Studies as meeting all general studies requirements for graduation from Albright, except the foreign language requirement (native speakers exempt) and synthesis requirement.

As additional benefit, all Dual Admissions students can take one Albright College course per year free in the traditional undergraduate program while enrolled as a VFMC student (maximum of three courses lifetime).

To send an Albright College letter of admission to all VFMC students who complete a "Dual Admissions Intent" form and meet the conditions. To receive pre-registration priority in course selection, students must confirm their intention to matriculate at Albright College by June 1 for the fall semester, and by November 15 for the spring semester, and satisfy all other Albright College transfer admission requirements. Late registration can occur until classes begin, if space is available. VFMC students who complete a "Dual Admissions Intent" form will be governed by the Albright College degree requirements in effect at the time of matriculation.

To award academic scholarships to all qualified graduates admitted to Albright College pursuant to this Agreement. Full-time Albright College students (enrolled in 3 or more courses a semester) with a final VFMC grade point average (GPA) could receive a scholarship in the amount consistent with current Albright practice for each scholarship:

All VFMC students who receive a Founders Scholarship are automatically invited to become members of the Honors Program.

To provide transfer credit for all eligible courses for which a quality grade (A, B, C, inclusive of a C-) was earned for the students’ associate degree. Eligible VFMC graduates enrolling at Albright College will be identified upon admission to Albright College, and the general education requirements earned prior to transfer will be noted on all pertinent Albright College student records.
