Aggregate Concrete Maintanence

It's extremely rare to see to many problems with a driveway that is aggregate concrete as the original contractor has likely used an Acrylic Seal Coat. Most believe there is nothing more then need to do. Which is not the case. The Seal Coat is only going to last you 4-5 years depending on the amount of salt used each winter, and the amount of traffic. Patio's and Walkways seem to last a few years more. The immediate sign that you need to seal again is when your first crack appears. Aggregate concrete cracks are not to hard to correct from small to large. A lot easier than regular concrete, as the repair can easily blend in to the existing driveway and look as there was never any damages. Our cost to seal coat with Acrylic is same as regular concrete. $1 a square foot with repairs at $1 sq inch.

We currently have a promotion for buy your 1st Coat, and get a 2nd Coat free all for 75 cents a sq foot. 2 coats will give the driveway a 5 year warranty. This would normal cost $1.50 per sq ft, but at 50% Discount it becomes very affordable. This is only provided to residential driveways, patios and walkways. *New Customers Only*

Cracks most likely developed for 2 reasons. The sealer failed or was improperly installed like sprayed on, or the contractor applied a water base sealer and not an acrylic coat. Option 2 is that water gathered in the joints, then froze causing a crack to perform. We found it best to fill the joints wither with a cyclone that will contract and expand with the temperatures, or for a more finishing look, use would that we stain and glue into place. Give the driveway the protection along with an amazing curb appeal. The wood finishing is then sealed with the Acrylic to protect the wood. As seen in the photos below.
