Our wish is that Veto Power Yoga is a place where you feel empowered to create miracles with your body and in your life!

We believe that growth is the most important thing there is. We will provide you with a safe and supportive environment that allows you to experience growth and life outside of your comfort zone. We will pick you up when you fall and celebrate each other’s successes.

Your Summer Of Power is all about offering you the opportunities to live a life that you know is possible. Through asana, meditation and inquiry, you will discover and practice a specific set of tools that will enable you to develop a sense of power in all aspects of your life: a stronger yet flexible body, freeing up your mind from limiting beliefs, and empowering yourself to create a life that matters.

Power Flow

Is a sequence of asana practice designed to sculpt your body, challenge your mind and awaken your sacred spirit. The class is 60 min.

Deep Flow

An intentional 60 min Deep Flow Yoga class with poses held for longer periods of time with the intention to gain strength and flexibility.

Kids Yoga

60 minute of yoga practice for kids. The class takes place in a non-heated room, 4-7 yrs old or 8-12 yrs old. We teah only basic yoga for kids in the begining.
