What do we do?

Vet Med Masterminds: five people meet on Zoom and discuss their topic - they have 12 minutes each.

These 5 people (ever-changing) could be masterminds in:

- Education - including appropriate onboarding, advanced degrees/roles, public education

- Diversification - we want everyone to feel welcome

- Career Sustainability - pay, benefits, unionization, utilization, etc.

- Mental health and work/life balance

- One Health - to include title protection, reciprocity, defining veterinary supervision, technician and assistant scope of practice, and even emergency response roles of vet med

We meet for one hour - five speakers - audience with chat-only participation.
