Be Committed and Engaged
You must want to be part of this team. FLL is a fun and rewarding experience, but it takes effort, focus, and teamwork. If you’re here, it should be because you’re excited to learn, build, and solve problems together.
Show Up Consistently
Regular attendance is important. We need everyone at meetings to make progress, share ideas, and support each other.
Work as a Team
Respect your teammates. Listen, share, and help each other. No one succeeds alone in FLL.
Be Ready to Learn and Try
You don’t need to be a robotics expert—but you do need to be willing to learn, try new things, and solve challenges with a positive attitude.
Follow the Core Values
Gracious Professionalism and Coopertition® are at the heart of everything we do. Always be kind, fair, and encouraging—even when things get tough.
Take Responsibility
Complete tasks, meet deadlines, and do your part. Coaches are here to guide you, but this is your team.
