Project Title: Students Phone Survey - "The reservation wedge: labor supply of college-educated women in Pakistan"

Assignment Introduction:
Only 25% of women with a university degree work in Pakistan. This implies the misallocation of talent, with largely negative consequences for output (Hsieh et al., 2019). In this study, we surveyed male and female students in the graduating cohort of a large university in Pakistan about their labor and marriage market preferences.
Tasks Completed:
Hired a highly experienced and qualified data collection team;
Conducted online training sessions for the data collectors;
Conducted a telephonic survey of the parents of the university students to assess if the students’ preferences and beliefs align with their parents;
Data collection was done using Survey CTO (an online data collection tool);
A tracking sheet was designed to monitor the team's progress;
Used audio recording to ensure phone survey data quality; and
Raw data was shared with the client's analytics team.

Interviewed stakeholders and political activists.
Interviewed the general public as per prescribed sampling methodology.
Sent a brief report on each constituency to the client.

Project Title: Poling Agents Training Program
Client: Pakistan Tehreek e Insaaf
Introduction: Pakistan Tehreek e Insaaf is the largest political party in Pakistan. Before the general elections in 2018, the party started a training program for polling agents. About 1200 Master Trainers were trained to conduct constituency-wise trainings across the country.
Tasks Completed:
Made a training plan for the Training of Master Trainers (ToMTs).
Developed material for the Training of Trainers
Conducted Training sessions in major cities of each province of Pakistan.
Submitted a detailed final report on the trainings conducted.

Project Title: Governance Reforms in FATA: A People’s Perspective
The research study focuses on the future of governance reforms in FATA and highlights FATA people’s perspective in this regard. The study is based on data collected through poll surveys, in-depth interviews, focus group discussions and consultative workshops to ascertain the perspectives of the indigenous populace.
