Muhammad Zubair Rafique, a researcher, data analyst, and M&E specialist, brings with him more than ten years of work experience in the social and development sectors.
With scores of research and development sector projects to his credit, he has worked with projects and assignments of WHO, UNDP, USAID, ILO, World Bank, JICA, Save the Children, The Asia Foundation, Plan International and UKAID.
He has also worked with teams of researchers from Harvard, London School of Economics, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and Duke University.
Today he is a known name in consulting research in Pakistan, managing large-scale countrywide survey studies, apart from serving as a monitoring and evaluation expert. Behind the desk, he is an expert in developing EOIs and proposals. He has an in-depth understanding of qualitative and quantitative tools and designing research studies. He is also an expert trainer. As an outstanding data analyst, he understands the stages of data management, from its collection in the field to make a sense of it for policy recommendation.
He has served at the Center for Economic Research in Pakistan (CERP) as a Senior Field Manager. Currently, he is working as a consultant with the National Bureau of Economic Research USA (NBER) on a project of "Women Inheritance in Pakistan".
A Master's in Economics from the International Islamic University Islamabad, his research areas include poverty reduction, socio-economic surveys, skills development, governance, health, education, conflict mapping, stakeholders’ analysis, and women empowerment.

and environment thoroughly a package of all types of statistical nature activities which nurtured his work ability w.r.t performs in various positions during the length of his service with the organization.
He is retired as Chief Statistical Officer from FBS.

Sajjad Aslam has more than 10 years of experience in managing nationwide complex surveys, impact assessments, and evaluations.
His expertise range from, project management, monitoring and evaluation, qualitative & quantitative research, designing data collection tools, hiring of field staff, training, guidance, support and supervision of project team, formulation and origination of data entry software programs.
Number crunching is his passion and data analysis is his specialty.
He has a Masters in Economics from International Islamic University Islamabad.
Being a result-oriented person, He has successfully managed projects for different development organizations such as UNFAO, UNWFP, UNDP, USAID, Solidarities international, UNODC, Save the Children, Adam Smith International, World Bank, HEC, BISP and DCTE under various thematic areas.
