• Helped localization agencies win new clients:

  • Won the test for Riot Games

  • Won the test for Capcom, then worked on Resident Evil Requiem as the Italian reviewer

• Lead Linguist:

  • Explained and reminded other linguists of the style guides, helped troubleshoot CAT issues, and offered solutions on how to properly filter and read the information included in the localization kit to speed up the translation process

  • Mentored several new-in-the-industry and new-to-the-project Italian linguists—one of them is now a lead linguist alongside me, and many others were able to pass tests and gain new clients

  • Supported QA Management teams in the creation and maintenance of style guides, glossaries, and translation memories

  • Evaluated new Italian linguists' tests, providing detailed feedback based on personal strengths and issues

• Project management and coordination of small teams of linguists:

  • Managed contact and negotiated budget with Red Candle Games for the Italian localisation of Nine Sols—won the test for the game localization, prepared the file in MemoQ and sliced it for a team of four linguists, then worked on its translation

  • Managed contact and negotiated budget with Tons of Bits for the multilingual localization of Mission in Snowdriftland—chose linguists for Italian, French, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese, then worked on Italian proofreading 

• Co-founder of the Italian collective PorcaLoc

• Instagram content creator—shared 200+ posts about video game localization insights and personal accomplishments, 600+ followers, including Italian gamers, streamers, and other content creators
