When contacting support, include the iPhone model, iOS version, app version/build, what you expected to happen, and the steps that led to the issue. Please do not email private photographs, journal text, mood history, or a portable Veri Happy Places backup.
No. Veri Happy Places has no account or developer-operated content server. Photos, names or captions, moods, journal entries, reminder preferences, and generated images remain in protected app storage and are not displayed to another Veri Happy Places user.
No. Version 1.0 contains no advertising, behavioral tracking, developer-operated analytics, or third-party advertising SDKs.
Open Places, select the photograph, and use the delete control. This removes Veri Happy Places' private copy and its custom name. It does not delete the original from the Photos library.
Open Journal, find the entry in Your Journal Entries, and use its delete control.
On the old iPhone, open More → Backup & Restore and create a private backup. In Apple's Files save screen, choose a location you control, such as iCloud Drive. On the new iPhone, install Veri Happy Places, open More → Backup & Restore, and restore the backup. Restoration merges the backup with existing app content.
Portable backups contain private material. Keep them secure and do not share them with support or other people.
Veri Happy Places uses local iOS notifications. Check Settings → Notifications → Veri Happy Places and make sure notifications are allowed. Focus modes and system settings can delay or suppress a reminder. Reminders are not intended for emergencies, medication, or safety-critical tasks.
Confirm the volume is audible and try another sound under Time Outs. Bluetooth or AirPlay may send audio to another device. If the problem continues, restart the app and include the selected sound, iPhone model, and iOS version in a support email.
Image creation requires a compatible iPhone, a supported language and region, and Apple Intelligence with image generation enabled. Apple controls availability. All other core Veri Happy Places features continue to work if Image Playground is unavailable.
Veri Happy Places intentionally allows one successfully saved AI-created image per local calendar day. Cancelling or encountering an error does not use the daily allowance.
Core photos, journals, mood check-ins, quotations, Time Outs, soundscapes, and local reminders work offline. Apple Image Playground and optional external source/license pages may require a network connection.
No. It is a general wellness tool for personal reflection and relaxation. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, emergency assistance, or crisis support. If immediate help is needed, contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional.
