The community is invited to join us at the Elbridge Free Library to meet Santa, and be part of the tree lighting ceremony December 5, 2026. This year, we're seeking community sponsors and partners to help us make this a bigger event. Holiday lights, decorative displays, games, food and the community coming together to create a magical experience to kick off the holiday.

People check in at the front table to get a passport, and the rest of the journey is up to them! Follow the story or explore as you'd like. Attendees will make their way "from New York City" to the North Pole, completing the "Elf Academy," and end at Santa's workshop where they can meet him. Before the night comes to an end, we will gather around the tree to light it up for the first time for the season.

This is a big event and we need your help to make it possible and filled with holiday magic. We've curated a range of sponsorship price tiers for potential donors.

It's also important to us to help promote local businesses, so we also have a complimentary "Passport Placement" for those who wish to share a special offer with our event attendees.
