Delete your Venuvia account and associated data
Venuvia offers optional Google Sign-In. You can use core learning features without an account. If you created a Venuvia profile through Google Sign-In, you may request deletion at any time.
How to request deletion
1. Send an email from the Google email address linked to your Venuvia account.
2. Email: amitbahukhandi.ab@gmail.com
3. Subject: Venuvia Account Deletion Request
4. In the message, include your Venuvia display name and the email address used to sign in.
5. We may reply once to verify that the request came from the account owner. Never send your password, OTP, or Google authentication code.
What will be deleted
After verification, we will delete:
• the Firebase Authentication account associated with your Venuvia profile;
• the user identifier associated with that authentication account;
• the name, email address, and profile-photo URL available to Venuvia through Google Sign-In; and
• any other account-identifying information under Venuvia’s control.
Locally stored learning data
Language, level, bansuri scale/register, lesson progress, quiz records, XP, and practice preferences are stored locally on your device. To remove this local data immediately, open Android Settings → Apps → Venuvia → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall Venuvia.
Processing time and limited retention
Verified deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days. A minimal record of the deletion request and support correspondence may be retained for up to 90 days only for security, fraud prevention, and compliance, after which it is deleted unless a longer period is required by law.
Request deletion of specific data without deleting the account
You may use the same email address and subject “Venuvia Data Deletion Request” to ask for deletion of specific account information without deleting the complete account. We will explain if deleting the requested information makes optional profile features unavailable.
After deletion
Account deletion is permanent. You can continue using Venuvia’s offline learning features without signing in. If you sign in with Google again later, Firebase Authentication may create a new Venuvia account.
