Venture Out:  When renting our property, you will be able to enjoy the amenities in the gated community and be required to follow their rules and regulations:

Speed Limit:  Is 10 miles per hour. 

Vehicle Parking:  No vehicle may be parked in the street between 12:00 midnight to 6:00am.  Only one vehicle is permitted to be parked at each unit.  Upon the issuance of a warning, vehicles may be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.

If you plan on arriving with more than one vehicle, you will need to pay a $5 nightly fee for parking in the general parking lot, which is known as “overflow parking”.  Parking in this lot is subject to availability so please plan accordingly if you are coming in high season as you may not find parking.  Parking is generally limited to a maximum of two weeks per vehicle during the winter months.

If you have a motorcycle, only one is allowed and needs to fit on the driveway.

Golf Carts:  Only electric golf carts are permitted.  Drivers must be licensed and over 18 years old.  Golf carts must be parked on the property lot overnight.  When parking golf carts in the public areas with amenities, please use the parking spots designated for golf carts.

Lights required for night-time driving and walking:  For everyone’s safety, all vehicles driven at Venture Out must have headlights and taillights turned on at night, regardless of being motorized or not.  This includes golf carts, bicycles, electric scooters and any other vehicles.  If you are walking, please carry a lighted flashlight.

Noise:  Excessive noise will not be permitted at any time.  Quiet Hours must be observed between 11:00pm and 7:00am. 

Open fires, Gas Tanks, Fireworks, Firearms, Spear Guns:  Open fires are prohibited except for gas or charcoal grills.  No more than one 6-gallon gas tank permitted in the lot.  Fireworks are prohibited.  Discharging firearms and spearguns at Venture Out is prohibited.  This includes air rifles. 

Children & Safety:  Parents are responsible for the safety and discipline of their children.

Rowdiness, vandalism, foul language, and disorderly conduct:  or any other violation of Venture Out rules & regulations may result in Venture Out Security.
