Assigned Parking Spot:  There is one parking spot included with your rental.  Your vehicle must fit completely within your driveway. 

Boat Trailer Parking:  Boat trailer parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for a cost of $5 per night for trailers under 20 feet, and $10 per night for trailers over 20 feet.  There are specific boat trailer parking areas in the community, and parking is also allowed in the general parking lot "overflow". Parking is subject to availability and is coordinated and paid for at the Guard Gate.   If you're coming in at a busy time of the year, you can always check availability of backup options just in case (see bottom of this page).

On Street Parking:  No vehicles are allowed on the street between the hours of 12pm and 6am.  Please follow the parking signs and do not park in restricted areas.  Violation of this rule will generate a violation of $100 per event which you will be liable for.   This includes any vehicles of visitors to your unit.
